The majority of our Customer Care staff have related business experience in a distribution or retail environment within your industry. The advantage of this is enormous when you call them with an industry specific question. They understand the industry specific lingo and can put themselves in your shoes, bringing problem resolution times down to a minimum. You'll find their attitude and skill a pleasure.
Amador prides itself in being a leader in customer support in Canada. We track all our customer care calls and monitor response and resolution times. Response times are measured in minutes - not hours or days. Our Customer Care telephones are staffed 12 hours per day. If this 12-hour window is not enough, we also offer after-hours support service.
